INGREDIENTS
  • 1 large (395g) tin condensed milk

  • 910 g white sugar

  • 56 g butter

  • a few drops of vanilla essence

PREPARATION
  1. Put all the ingredients in a pan and bring to the boil slowly.

  2. Ensure that the sugar all dissolves before it boils

  3. Boil for approx. 20 minutes

  4. While the mixture is boiling prepare a flat tray by buttering it

  5. Beat the contents of the pan vigourously

  6. Por into the tray and leave to cool

  7. Enjoy.
